I’ve been to many yoga studios in the 18 years I’ve been practicing yoga and this is by far the best! The space is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well laid-out. The instructors are highly skilled, kind and motivating. The community vibe is inspiring and welcoming. As a business, it has brought new life to Beamsville’s downtown. As a yoga studio, it has brought new energy to its many happy members! I highly recommend you check it out!

I wasn't impressed. I am not sure what if any limit there is to class sizes. I went to a class that I was signed up for and the room was clearly full when I walked in. I was followed out by the instructor who told me that she would \squeeze me in\. For a beginner class it was too full for my liking. In my opinion it would be hard to get any real instruction with the number of people in the room.
