My parents' dog had to get an enucleation of both eyes. He is 13 years old. The surgery went well and he is doing great! He is eating better and more active than what he was before surgery. The surgery cost was fair ( 3,000 less than what a prominent emergency vet hospital wanted to charge!). He loves his belly rubs, the ecollar- not so much

We love Lums Pond Animal Hospital. They are a little more expensive but they explain everything and always give options for what services we want and need. We don't even request a specific vet because every vet we've seen is spectacular. They always make me feel like we're their only patients and really take their time explaining everything and doing thorough exams. My older dog has had two surgical procedures here and they're so good at keeping me updated. I trust them implicitly. It's a bit of a drive for us but we wouldn't go anywhere else.

They were truly the best! I took my cat for her her first preventative appointment along with nail trimming. They followed up with me until the day of her appointment. The appointment was not only fast, it exceeded my expectations. My cat was trimmed & groomed. She came out new & improved! I didn’t think much of the service when I first contacted them to set up the appointment. However, when my cats appointment date came I could tell the staff cared about my cat. They were warm, happy, friendly & knew exactly how to handle her as they did with their other clients. Best service ever! I am now a committed client. I 100 percent recommend! Thank you all.
