Don't bother calling if you're an independent homeowner looking for a property management company. I called and left messages multiple times and didn't even receive a call back. This organization has clearly taken on more volume of business than they can serve with excellent quality of service and is known for subbing their property management services to other companies.

I called to request information for rentals at Sheridan Mew, and I spoke with Jennifer Anderson who after understanding that I had a housing voucher gave me the toughest time. I let her know that I work and have fair credit which should get me approved regards. And she goes on explaining how I would have to contact my caseworker at the housing authority, because it takes them a little time to reach back to her about what's allowed. She then tells me they can't adjust my rent to pay my utilities, which i don't understand why she said that, she suggests me to \Stonegate Apartment\ and the rent is a few dollars lower and I would still have to pay bills regardless! Glad I'm smart and understand gibberish Lol! My voucher is 999 and the rent would be 1,090. The other place she suggested is 925. I told her she needs retraining and should know what to tell certain people when they call Lol! I did request what she told me in black and white(on paper) hopefully i get it.

Paid 7000 for floors that are so separated you can trip on it. Hired for tear out of old flooring and installation of new flooring throughout. Immediately before the job was finished the flooring started to separate and leave huge gaps. So noticeable that you can see it from across the room. Floor vents were measured wrong and 1-2 in gaps were on everyone. I have been trying to get it fixed for over a year and have HAD NO RESPONSE. I can't sell the place because everyone notices it. Do the right thing and fix it properly.

Im going to share this on Facebook as well the property manger Jennifer Was being ridiculous First she said that after my background came back the only thing was my credit but I could re apply with a co signer Well I did with my fiance got approved and then she tells me that she did more digging and saw that I owed an old apartment complex. And she wanted proof that it was paid other wise she refused to rent to me basically she didn't want to rent to me so u know what duck her.
