My company recently delivered a load for Rocla Concrete Tie, Inc. through Landstar (broker). Our driver waited from 10:30 to 3:30 to unload at Harsco Rail. The broker claimed that their customer refused detention pay. Drivers are regulated and have to report almost when they take a potty break but yet shippers, receivers and brokers are holding them up in their hours of service and robbing them of pay. Please pay detention or drivers beware!!! Our load # is FB 4764145 through a landstar agent.
