(also performed Hedging Pruning) Thanks very much for a great job y'day. We hire Zack and his team (3 of them in all y'day) to prune into careful shape a tree, to massively cut down/back a leylandii hedge, and to trim a laurel. All the work was done very well. Lots of careful and considered discussion of our requirements and the tree's needs were had with Zack back in December and Zack was here to give this work his close personal attention. The appointed day was set 3 weeks in advance and stuck to perfectly. Work started promptly at 09.00 and was efficiently completed by 12.30. Care was taken in setting up the chipper and in minimising / right timing noise to the least inconvenience our neighbours. Our front and back gardens were left VERY tidy. And so we look forward to Zack & team's return visit in Autumn and next year to keep things under control and to continue to improve the shape of the tree. Zack clearly has great empathy with trees. We are very pleased.
