Had my brakes done there recently. ( very expensive) left the shop with grease marks in the car. Get home and see drops in the driveway. Go back and they’re closed for the day. Nice I call them next day and no openings until next week. Had to get it fixed elsewhere don’t trust these people. SNAKES

My wife Audrey and I could not be happier with the service at Beatty Brothers. They do excellent work. Just as important they are honest. Big jobs or small, you will always receive quality service.

They are nice guys, and I see why they have such good reviews. However, my experience was financially draining. I took both my vehicles this past November for maintenance. My car had some performance issue with increased noise. On the way to the garage, the engine light turned on as well. They diagnosed it as a faulty oxygen sensor and replaced the same. However, forgot to look at the seeping cam. The engine light was turned off, but the noise and performance issue never resolved. I went back again, and they replaced air filter housing and tightened the cam. However, the problem gets worse. The engine light came back on and it was time for me to take the vehicle to Lee's Autoworks. He diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes, as a common issue with Audi and VW, a leaky flex pipe. The pipe was replaced and he reset the sensor, which was never faulty to start with. And the vehicle runs with no concerns. I can understand that at times we don't diagnose the issue at first, but they failed to do a proper investigation twice. They failed to know a common issue and charged me a whopping 862 for the two visits, which includes 380 in labour alone. I called and informed the findings to Steve, who just thanked me for updating him. No offer to refund the labour charge. I might be an odd one out, but they have to think from a customer perspective.
