Beau has been absolutely incredible at helping my husband who has suffered with anxiety and depression for over 2 years. I found Beau on Facebook and after my husband having 2 6 week sessions of CBT we found something that finally worked. The sessions were great even on zoom and 8 sessions later we feel like we have a new husband/dad in our house.

My fear of flying had been gradually getting worse over the years and had got to the point that I was almost choosing not to go on holiday if it involved flying. A friend recommended Beau to me and after just a few sessions I flew to Budapest for the weekend, not only was I no longer dreading the prospect of flying, I actually enjoyed the whole experience. I went to see Beau as I was having an issue with a workplace exam phobia. Even though I’ve had to confront this phobia once every year, for some reason this year it just threatened to get the better of me. Beau worked wonders in just two sessions...he made me realise that I was in control of my reactions and that I could overcome my fear. He taught me to focus on my feelings and how to not let the anxiety get the better of me, but instead focus on how I’d feel at the end of the exam. His help was invaluable and meant that I was able to complete my exam with no problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to everyone!

Beau was most helpful when our son was experiencing a prolonged period of trichotillomania. After an initial series of visits, the trichotillomania went into remission for a year but returned. We are delighted to say that after a second set of visits some three years ago, son has not suffered the condition since. Our only wish is that we'd tried Beau earlier as son had been suffering this for many years.
