The store was opened when we went in to the cashier to buy he said there were no burgers,imagine the disappointment

We stopped to get burgers for brunch at 9:30 but they where still closed even though the opening hours on the door stated 9:00. Maybe different hour on Sunday?

"Best Steers store in South Africa" someone told me, and I have to agree.
Very poor service. Ordered a large cheesy Jalapeño chips and a large chocolate milkshake. The chips was cold and the milkshake was runny. I went back to complain about the milkshake and they made me a better one with attitude as if I was being difficult. As a franchise, the standards should be regulated.
Service was friendly and efficient. Husband's burger was "perfect" in his words. My chicken was not great, did not taste fresh and slightly underdone. So for service I would give 5 stars but not for food, hence the 3 stars.
