I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Crochet. I wish I still lived close enough to see him again for conceiving our second child. The staff and nurses are wonderful as well. Professional and a clean office. If you're looking for a fertility treatment office I highly recommend them. (They were actually the second fertility specialist I saw, after one in Shreveport, LA. treated me so horribly I almost gave up on trying. They got me in within 48 hours of calling. CORM is an amazing fertility group.)
Dr. Schnell is Phenomenal!!! Her and her staff are amazing and I would recommend them 10 times over.
The nurses and Dr were very friendly and professional. They explained everything so that I could understand. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they told me some bloodwork was covered by my insurance company and afterwards my insurance said no it's not. Though the CRM is working to try and find where the ball was dropped.
Buenas tardes .En el día de hoy tuve una cita en esta clínica y realmente mi esposo y yo nos sentimos mal.Al punto que no vamos a ir más.No hubo un buen trato por parte del personal .Especialmente la persona que atiende el público.Puede ser un acto de racismo porque no hablamos inglés.Y al parecer le molestó que le hiciera varias preguntas .Es la primera vez que me ocurre esto en una clínica.Y no solo la recepcionista.Muy mal educadas todas las personas que trabajan ahi y con mal carácter. La salud es una obra de infinito amor . Bueno al parecer según los dos comentarios que leí de las maravillas del personal que trabaja en la clínica hay que ser americano . Porque el hispano y más aún el que no habla inglés no es bien recibido.
