They go above and beyond everyone on there protection for the covid virus. I only go there to play racquetball and they closed all the courts but one to put exercise equipment spread out. They have spread the exercise equipment throughout in the cafe area also. They only got three stars because they closed all the racquetball courts and that's the only reason I go. Otherwise they would have got five stars
As you can see I posted about a year ago and still having the same problem in regards to how they conduct their payment system. They allow some people to pay with cash but not others obviously a problem. I am one of the members that they require to have a card on file for whatever reason and everytime I put a card on file they overcharge me. When you call member services is never available even before covid so you have to leave a voicemail they call back two weeks later stating that they will investigate. That usually takes three months with me calling every other day and also they still expect you to pay while they have already took to much money. This is my fourth occurence of the same issue. My payment is 66 but for whatever reason they charged my card again for 82.50 yesterday. In july they stated that they were waving 25% but they again took the full payment. In June, due to being closed they hadn't taken a payment so I called and the lady told me that I needed to pay 200, then a week later told me that she was incorrect. Also as a side note, they are still requiring full payment even while daycare is closed, sauna closed, whirlpool closed, ect so it is almost pointless because I can't attend without childcare but at the same time I don't want to cancel and then have to pay another 200 for re-registering and they charge 60 to put the account on hold even during these time. Update to their reply: The wellness took 20 more than what they were suppose to take and when I asked for a refund they told me that it would take 2 weeks to get my money back, but it is now 3 weeks and my money is still not on my card. The reason why I do not want my card on file, when I was making cash payments every month I had no issues.
Excellent gym ! Great location! I hate the christus hospital but the gym is excellent!
Brought my daughter to use the pool and were kicked out as it was not 'family time', even though there was only one or two other people in the pool at that time. It's been a great club staff, is friendly but I'm not dealing with a family pool that you can't use. Also while I'm writing a reviews, water fountain is still broken, and the folks next door to the yoga class are still yelling and throwing heavy objects all through the class while you are trying to relax.
