The doctor I see there is efficient and listens but good luck getting an appointment through the office or a call from the nurse. This is a recurring theme. On average you are on hold for 20 minutes before a person answers and than depending on what you tell them you want to schedule for, they tell you a Nurse will call you by the end of the day. Twice now, I have never received a call. Today it was about my son having what I suspect was a Siezure of why I wanted a doctors appointment. The receptionist said, she doesn’t think they schedule for that there, a nurse will call me by end of the day about it. Seriously, you don’t schedule an appointment with the Family Doctor pertaining to your patients health? The other time a Nurse was supposed to call and did not was In July when I was sick, possibly with COVID and I was wanting a test. At the time you needed a note from family doctor to take to the urgent care that tested for it. I called 5 day’s in a row saying a nurse never called back and could they please just set up a telehealth appointment. They finally did telehealth appointment and then the doctor never signed in and when I called after the no show, I was told they were having internet troubles. I just rode quarantine period out and never did get a test. I did not complain in a review that time because mistakes happen and I knew they were dealing with a learning curve but now it has become pattern. Unfortunately, I am now looking for a new family doctor and it has nothing to do with him personally. But rather the management of the office.
