Above average prices, but above average wine selection.

This place is way too expensive. I went there to buy a wine we really enjoyed drinking the day before in the restaurant \Ed Em\ in Chassagne-Montrachet ( I should have bought it there!). They didn't have the reference we wanted and another bottle was recommended to us : \Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru « Les Chaumées » 2015 Domaine JOUARD\ 85/bottle ( we paid a similar bottle 100 at Ed Em ). Since Chassagne-Montrachet is really the village nearby I didn't even think of checking the price online and trusted the seller. But today, I checked what is said about this wine online. Everyone is unanimous the wine is very good and well rated BUT I could find the same wine for 40 at \Le caveau de Santenay\ ( 15km away from Beaune )... It makes me a bit angry, I can understand that having a beautiful shop in the center of Beaune would increase the price of the wine a bit. But double the price? I also don't like that the price is not written. I now wonder if the seller was really honest with me.

Il y avait deux hommes matures et une femme asiatique. C'était un magasin que je n'aime pas entrer dans le vin, mais je ressens un sentiment d'intimidation de l'atmosphère du magasin, c'était un magasin qui n'a pas ce genre de chose.

J'ai failli laisser tomber au sol 3 grands crus, en raison de la mauvaise qualité de l'emballage de cet établissement, je les ai rattrapés miraculeusement. Je les ai informé de ce problème par mail par deux fois... aucune réaction de leur part. Ils se fichent de leurs clients, tant que le tiroir caisse fonctionne c'est suffisant pour eux.

Belle sélection de vins mais malheureusement les produits ne suffisent pas à gommer cette mauvaise qualité de service. A moins que celle-ci se fasse à la tête du client...! Accueil froid, pas de conseil ou d'explication. Ne propose même pas un sac pour accompagner une belle bouteille à tarif conséquent.

우연히 방문했는데 프랑스인 남편과 한국인 부인이 운영하시더라구요. 와인에 대해 자세히 설명도 해주시고 시음도 하게 해주셨구요. 남편분의 아버님이 직접 와인을 만드신다고 합니다. 본느에 가시는 한국분들 방문하시면 좋을 듯 합니다.
