My case was of an 'emergency nature', having broken a front tooth during the christmas vacation. I was very appreciative that the Dental Office was able to squeeze me in after just a 2 day wait. When I arrived a front desk staff member took the time to greet me and brief me on the services offered and asked if I had any questions. A hygenist then took me to a room and I explained the issue. She was very thorough in her preliminary diagnosis, took an x-ray and made me feel comfortable. After a short wait in the room, Dr Norris arrived and carefully listened to what had happened and examined my tooth. I was so relieved to hear that the tooth could be saved and crowned. As a temporary fix, he cemented the tooth back in my mouth (I had brought it with me). I felt so much better leaving the office. The care and quality of work was really extraordinary. I am very thankful for the opportunity to smile again, until I have a permanent fix.

The staff has been very accommodating in regards to scheduling. The service provided has been excellent and the dentist is such a pleasure ! I appreciate their inviting atmosphere and friendly staff.

From the moment you walk in the door you are promptly greeted with a very friendly and courteous staff. There is very little waiting time. Once seated the dental hygienist makes sure you are made to feel comfortable and at ease with conversation before she/he proceeds. Dr.Norris comes in to do a final check and in a very friendly manner goes over with you in detail about options for any dental work that has to be done . Going to the Beausejour Dental Center is always a pleasant experience and I walk out with a great big smile.

June 23, 2020 I had a filling fall out and after 25 years with the same dentist I was apprehensive to have s different dentist take care of it. Because of Covid I had to wait 2 months till restrictions eased but the receptionist took my name and called me right away when they were able. I have to say I was so pleased with Dr. Seppi and her assistant. The Dr explained what she was doing as she proceeded to each step. Always asking if I was ok. I felt comfortable with her ability and calm demeanour which also helped me relax. Found my new dentist!!
