Rudest, court clerk EVER !!! And the worst office management EVER !!! Totally unprofessional and apparently can't do normal court business AND... check people in for court even though there are 3 clerks and I was the next in line to be helped but I was pushed aside and told that it would another 30 minutes as she was going to help EVERYONE in line behind me even though I had waited in line like EVERYONE else. No sign outside office stating it was closed for any court business other than paying tickets or going in front of the judge. My #*@! taxes pay for that court clerk and deserve the same service as EVERYONE else. Now I see why they are a * rating.

According to all the previous reviews, I was expecting to have an awful experience. I went in to pay a ticket and everything went alright. The booth attendant was kind and helpful. Granted, it wasn't busy and I was equally kind, so I'm sure that influenced how things went. The interior of the building is quite old and a lot of things are kind of falling apart... Wonder what all the money is going to haha.

after reading reviews I was expecting to come in to a hassle. I was in and out so fast, I got my first traffic ticket at 29 and was looking to do some type of diversion. I called before coming in and the lady I talked to was super nice and I also got her when I went into line. Someone below said her name was Anna (woman with the jade plants)- she was super nice and helpful! just go in with a good attitude and you’ll get that reciprocated.
