I am sure they are good people once you can actually get in the store. But i had a bad experience in regards to communication with B&R. I emailed them on 2/6 - no response. I called the following week - no response -no way to leave a message. I physically drive out from Vancouver on 2/21 during their posted business hours online and on their door - not open. I call the next day - same thing, no response, no way to leave a message. From a fellow business owner myself, I strive for much much better communication then B&R is currently providing. I wish them the best. i ended up at Appliance City and they had a wide ranging selection.

I went in looking for a cheap washer for my rental. They had several to choose from. Once I picked it they offered to deliver the same day. The delivery truck actually beat me home and I didn't make any stops.

Don’t waste your time going to B&R. When I called and spoke to a salesman about a wall oven for sale for 899, he said he would be negotiable on the price. After driving from Brush Prairie, WA to Beaverton, he stated he would not come down on the price. I talked to the owner and he said he would lower the price 25 for my gas. Really? I also noticed that their used prices are very high compared to other used dealers. If you want to pay high prices and want bad customer service, then go to B&R Appliance. Otherwise, don’t waste your time and shop elsewhere.

My dryer died so I did my research. Repair? Replace? I went with replace. I am a frugal person not a cheap skate. Bought a new 899 unit for almost half off. My clothes can't see the scratch. I'm going back. My patio needs a cook top!

We bought a fridge from B&R for a very good price They charge us 79 for delivery and installation . They deliver it 3 days later. Great prices great customer service . the fridge work good
