What a great buying experience, seriously! As someone who has worked in the automotive industry for several dealerships for almost 2 decades; it was so refreshing to go to a dealership where I never had to play that card to get special treatment. Leaving the dealership smiling with a brand new Niro was a great feeling. From the moment we were being greeted on the lot to the signing of papers and driving away; every step along the way it was no pressure and within a comfort zone the entire time. Francisco, Bill, and Karen were an amazing group of employees to work with and the managers in the showroom greeting us as we walked in and also when we left was really a nice touch, too. Thank you all!

I recently bought a used vehicle here and had a great experience. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I'm glad I chose this location. I made one stop at another dealership before and wasn't approached by a salesperson. When I got to Kia Erik R. Was waiting with a smile. I brought my twin daughters with me and he was very helpful and understanding of my ability to only be there shortly. The whole team I worked with for buying my vehicle was great. Five stars hands down.

Just bought my second Kia Soul from Beaverton Kia! Bought my first in 2011 & the Service department has done all needed services! They are a wonderful group of people, work was done promptly and for a reasonable price. I didn't hesitate going back to Beaverton Kia when it was time to buy a new car. From Alan (who helped me buy my 1st) to Michael who took me through the process this time, I have nothing but praise for their help and patience from the test drive to the paperwork! This was my first time buying a car at a dealership and I made a lot of mistakes along the way. I normally drive over 25k miles in a year and unfortunately the EV I initially purchased at Beaverton Kia turned out to not be practical for my lifestyle. The folks here were understanding and extraordinarily helpful in helping me resolve the issue. They walked me through their inventory for as long as I needed to find the perfect car for me. I ended up falling in love with the Toyota Camry. Several weeks after, I realized I would not be needing the vehicle service contract I got with the car. I was worried coming back for a second time because of my mistakes. The staff were again very helpful in submitting a cancellation request on my behalf and refunding the full amount for the warranty. Overall even with all the mistakes I made along the way my experience here was very pleasant. P.S. I want to thank Karen who was helping me with financing both vehicles for being patient with me in my first purchase endeavor.

Ah car sales. Great. Terrific. It's a high pressure business, but everyone was friendly. Everyone was amicable. And if I loose out on the car I was looking at, then so be it. Know what you want. Be prepared for psychological sales phrasing. You might not leave with a car, but you'll still have an ok experience.

We knew we wanted to drive off the lot in a new car so with that expectation came the additional understanding that we might be at the dealership for at least 2 hours. We were unfortunately there for 5-5.5 but it was a busy Saturday. Outside of the time investment, the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The processes were explained thoroughly and the folks we worked with made us feel as important as anyone else in the dealership. Overall it was a very satisfying experience even with the longer than expected time in the shop.
