We got our beautiful boy \Hobey\ from Moors Havanese last Feb. 18th. He is 9 months old now and has been a perfect addition to our family. He has brought so much joy and happiness to our family and he also makes us laugh with his funny personality. Pietrenella has done a fantastic job with this breed and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone that is looking for a Havanese. She is very professional and passionate about her work.

We got our beautiful boy Chester from them in Jan. 2013, he was the most calmest and sweetest one from the litter and it was then we knew he was the only one for us. Chester is the most loving dog and no words can describe the immense love and life he has given back to our family, it has been a complete dream having him for the last seven years. He was our first dog ever and the experience getting his from Moors Havanese was amazing, the breeder was so helpful and really keen on her dogs and puppies being given to good and happy home foremost!
We did our thorough research and we chose Pieternella and Moors Havanese to adopt our puppy, Duke. You will not find a more qualified, more passionate and more authentic breeder. We were first time dog owners and we decided that Havanese, which is touted as a small version to a golden retriever, would be the right breed for us. We personally called eight different breeders: one in QC; two in Ottawa and five in the Toronto area. Speaking with Pieternella for about an hour, she had something special about her. She represented an uncanny balance of art and science along with love and dedication to what she does. Her words, “I will find you the perfect dog” resonated. We had no doubt that we wanted to adopt one of her puppies. It turned out to be a perfect decision. And although Moors Havenese was 580km from our home, we chose them from the other seven breeders. She was available every time we called to answer our questions or emails. We picked up our baby Duke in April 2020. We instantaneously fell in love with him. He is now 8 months old and our love grows every day! On Thanksgiving Day, we just wanted to say a sincere thank-you to Pieternella for making a huge difference in our lives. We are so grateful.
We are very pleased with our pup Nash- we couldn't be happier with Pieternella and her dedication to the breed. Nash is a ham and an absolute joy.
