Before the change in January 2020, the services I received were mediocre at best. I often chose to go to a different clinic. Two times Karla Goodman was supposed to call in prescriptions and didn't until I called her 2-3 days later to remind her. Recently, I scheduled a virtual visit for a Well Women's checkup. I was told to expect a preliminary call from the nurse, then the \doctor\ would call. The receptionist asked if my phone number was still the same and read it to me. It was correct. My appointment would be the following week. I did not receive any calls twenty minutes before my appointment like I was told to expect, so I called them. When I placed the call it was 15 minutes before my appointment, by the time someone answered it was 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When the receptionist answered she told me that my \doctor\ had moved onto her next appointment. Apparently, they called the wrong phone number. I thought it was ridiculous that Karla Goodman went onto her next appointment only five minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I went ahead and rescheduled my appointment for the following week. The preliminary call came and went straight to my voicemail. When I saw the notification, I made sure my \Silence Unknown Calls\ tab was turned off, which it was. So I called the number the nurse left in the voicemail, I was put on hold. While I was on hold with the clinic, Karla Goodman called, it went straight to voicemail again. How do I know? ... Because I was looking at my phone in case she called while I was on hold. No other calls came in. Karla left a voicemail telling me to call the clinic. The same one I was on hold with. When someone finally answered, this time ten minutes after my appointment, I was told she went onto her next appointment and was going to have to reschedule AGAIN. They are worse than the Three Stooges at that clinic. Would NOT recommend.

Mother had an appointment today with the doctor. The doctor called late and we had to remind the clinic of the appointment then the interpreter that they had for my mom failed to interpret her symptoms correctly. Mid way through the appointment with doctor Goodman or Godard what ever her name is the call dropped we immediately called back and we’re on hold for 10 min during that time the doctor never had the decency to call back then when we got ahold of the clinic they told us we would have to reschedule a first time patient appointment even though we were almost done with the appointment the refused to provide her with medication even though the doctor was listening to her symptoms before the call dropped in the meantime we wait for another appointment and the refuse to give us and in person appointment because they said we need to schedule another first time appointment which we were present in but the call dropped and the doctor was above calling back like a good doctor. This clinic is a failure to good clinic practice and to treating there patients right!

This place deserves more stars. I really feel welcomed here. Everyone is super nice, including the front desk people. I've seen both female and male doctors here and neither of them made me uncomfortable about anything.
