I ordered at 530. It took 2 hrs to get the 2 pizzas I ordered. 1 pizza was incorrect so I called and they said they would make another and send it out right away. I called back 2 hrs later and was told the delivery drivers had left for the night and to call back in the morning and that she put a 30 credit to my number. I try to be patient but this was way beyond ridiculous. Don't waste your time with this place. You'll go hungry waiting on them never to show.
Went in for parmesan twists. The workers are handling covid properly. Management was very nice. A rude customer came in. She gave them the wrong name for the order. Then she tried to use a coupon from a random website, and they wouldn't take it. She then tried to use the coupons off the RTP website that are for online only, which unless you place the order online doesn't apply to you. She immediately turned around and walked out, stating that she would not pay full price... Customers make the job harder, but the employees did a great job explaining how things work, and what they could do.
Wow . Just wow . Every time I order from these guys there is always a problem . ALWAYS . whether it be the product ( under cooked bread sticks). Seriously I had Raw dough in the box . Order takers that answer the phone . Put on hold , 10 minute wait , Only to be hung up on. Or there always over 2 hour delivery time . You can get all this and the most expensive pizza in town . This restaurant really needs to get it together .
Pizza is great but I ordered and paid online for pick up, I arrived at the specified time only to have to wait for an additional 20 minutes. That means the pizza was started after I arrived and they weren't that busy. I guess I'm glad I wasn't in a rush. 5 star pizza, 3 star service.
