I cannot say enough good things about Stone Wood Design center. We had tile picked out, but no one available to order it for us. A quick 5 min. call to Kristin at Stone Wood Design and I had a quote in my inbox. After a few emails it was all ordered and taken care of. If we have flooring needs in the future...no question where we're going.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! I purchased some Elemental Java Walnut pre-finished wood flooring from Stone Wood Design in September/October 2013. We had it installed and we have loved it ever since! It's stunning and durable! Our dog runs all over it and you can't even tell we own a dog (little to no scratches)! The product is wonderful! We love it so much we decided to purchase more to put in our living room and dining room too. Fast forward to March 2015. I call Kristy at Stone Wood on Yeon and she helps me figure out which kind of flooring I had previously purchased and helps me buy more. She was concerned about my time line on installation and concerned that the flooring wouldn't have time to get acclimated to my space if I didn't get it right away. I told her I didn't have a way to get it to my home so I asked I could pay for delivery. She said they had a delivery service but then enquired about what side of town I was on. When I told her, she said she lived right in that area and she would bring it to me! It turns out, that the product was in Tigard and she had a friend bring it from Tigard to the Bethany area, then she picked it up with her son and delivered it to my home on the SAME DAY! She didn't charge me for delivery and wouldn't even accept my tip! She was AMAZING!! She went well beyond the call of duty! She has a customer for life! Can't recommend them enough! Money well spent! :)
Helpful and friendly staff - nice showroom
Came here at 11:15am on a Saturday and they were closed..everything says that they are open until 1pm on Saturdays.
