I booked job for 13th 8/1pm plumber turned up at 2pm with out the parts for the job after speaking to mr wilgar (director) was promised plumber would on 14th between 1and 3 pm nobody turned up 4pm plumber rang me I pointed out he was supposed to come between 1and 3 he said ok then and rang off absolutel joke company and no thought for customers

Following on from my previous experience with this company, I asked them back to install a hot and cold isolator valve and reduce a new waste pipe down from 110mm ready for a kitchen 2nd fix installation. The quote was over 500 which I thought was extortionate but as I needed it done in time for a kitchen installation, I went ahead. The work was so easy and all done within an hour. The engineer left and just checking the work, I saw water leaking all over the new floor. I had to call the engineer back to sort it out. So lucky I'd insisted installing an access point. Otherwise the joints would have been unaccessible under my kitchen units. Both the kitchen guys and plumber said that would have been OK. Famous last words, \it'll never leak\!!! Then for the bill it came in and they'd charged 156.00 for parts and dropped the bill from 3 hours labour to 2. I immediately called to complain as the guy was here 58 minutes. They adjusted the bill but still paying. What I consider way over the top for a few pipes and 2 isolators. Over 150. In summary, I'd consider this a classic \caught you out\ and I can't believe the work was left leaking. A poor experience. I thought I'd pay a premium price for an 'award winning' service. Turns out I received an overpriced, dishonest, poor quality service. Real shame. Previous review of changing a mixer tap These guys came out to install a tap for me. What an excellent fast service. Sam came out to fit my new shower ,he fast fast and a very clean worker, We had a slight problem and within no time at all Phill Hayes came and problem solved. Again what a pleasant men who really new his job. This company I would recommended to anyone. WELL DONE SAM AND PHILL
I would definitely recommend Joe Wiggett who came to fit 3 new radiators. He arrived on time at 8am. I was impressed by his work ethic, he was extremely thorough, the job was scheduled for the morning only but due to unexpected problems he stayed until the job was complete. He was conscientious, polite and worked methodically, leaving my house tidy and thankfully WARM!
