This place may be good for your shirts and day to day clothes.. but DO NOT get your expensive / delicate items cleaned here. I was charged 75 for my wedding dress and it came out worse than it went in. I accept that stains may not come out.. but no care was taken to remove any snagging, bobbling or loose thread. It was then put in a small box with no stuffing and the bottom of the dress is all creased. Waste of money and i left it with Ben for 3 weeks..!! Fragile 3k garments should not be put through the machine like everything else.. all my beading at the top of my dress is ruined because it was put through the machine. Really not happy.. could have done a better job myself! I called and told Ben how I felt.. he hung up on me! Charming!
