Helped by John a couple of years ago, who was great. Forgot about him and hired someone else to fix a recent problem. Guy came twice and nothing changed, John correctly diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds of walking in the door. My go-to plumber now!
John is helpful & can be relied on to come out in an emergency.
In the winter our boiler suddenly died and we rang couple of plumbers but no one was available. We were desperate as it was really freezing (and I was 6 months pregnant) and we were without hot water. Only John accepted to help us in emergency. He came the same day to give us a quote and sent his team the next day. They did a great job at a fair price. We were so happy with them that later we asked to change all the radiators in our flat. Again his team came on time, did a good job at a good price and cleaned everything after they left.
