I phoned on a Saturday concerned about my cat and they were able to see him that afternoon. They charged a very nominal fee as well which we were extremely appreciative about. They are a brilliant vets, I've used them for years. They're very caring.

After a very frightening experience with our dog Rocket under a different vets we were told Medivets Beckenham help save our friends dog and they highly recommend you. It was the best decision we could have made to give Rocket the chance of receiving the best medical care we could have asked for. We can't thank the team that cared for him enough .
So far, aside form the cost it really couldn't be better. Staff are attentive and responsive to an anxious owners needs. I have a lot of confidence that my boy is being treated as a pet and not just another poorly animal. Have spoken to three staff members and each has taken the time to explain everything fully and clearly. First time user and I thought I was losing him. It now looks like he may be coming home after their intensive care and support.
Horrendous experience. Charged me best part of a grand to diagnose my dog with giardia (very common infection). Wanted a further 2k for an operation which was not necessary, would have been dangerous considering her age, and would have required several follow up operations. Thank god I found a second opinion and now she is fine, contrary to everything they said. Completely took advantage of my emotional state. Avoid like the plague.
I would like to say a very big thank you to Flavio who I believe is night staff who saw my precious puppy on Wednesday night 27/1/20 He was so caring and professional and really put my mind at rest. He gave me such piece of mind that I was over the moon when I came away after 2 days of worry. Thank you so much Pat Jackson
