Love this place! Such friendly staff always greeted with a smile and a chat with outstanding service of dry cleaning and shoe repairs and alterations to key cutting! They do great offers on suits and shirts for reasonable prices! Well done to all the staff at regal drycleaners..
Just wanted to say how outstanding this dry cleaners is. I’ve bought shoes to repair, keys to be cut and cleaning to do all in one place. The staff are so very friendly and very helpful, and always greet me with a smile, I can honestly say this place deserves 5 *****
Standards have dropped tremendously since ownership changed. Deadlines for items being ready for collection are missed, wrong items are given back as they forget to check the tickets, and the shoe repair man is exceptionally rude and appears to forget that customers have choices. It is a real shame as it used to be first class in every regard.
I really like this place. The staff are very sweet and helpful, knowledgeable and charge a fair price. Im a regular as they've done everything from fixing my boyfriends suits, re-heeling my shoes, fixing zippers and taking stains out of silk. 5 stars.
