I had an excellent experience this time. My salesperson Jill Cox is the best. She knew her stuff. She remembered me from last time I bought from her. She knew exactly what I was looking for. Was extremely helpful. Gave me great choices and ideas. I will only buy from her. She's worth it!!!!!

I ran into Stephanie at the Becker store while I was looking for a couch. She made the hunt so much fun. She listened to what I was looking for and was so patient - giving options, offering ideas, advising on color coordination - everything. She knows the inventory of the store like no associate I have ever met. Call Becker Furniture World in Becker and ask to set up an appointment with Stephanie - and then go. Expect her to spend dedicated time with you - she will make sure you get exactly what you want! She has an eye for so many options!
We had researched the site prior to our visit so we were aware of the need to make an appointment to look at furniture. We were pleased there were multiple time options for appointments later that same day. Our salesperson, Daniel, was very professional and seemed intuitive when we had questions or when we were fine meandering through the store on our own. The store is AMAZINGLY large! While I’m fine buying furniture online, my husband is an individual who needs to actually sit on a couch before buying it so this was the perfect solution to finding what we needed in a single visit. We were pleasantly surprised to find not only was there a 25% off discount for President’s Day, there was also an additional 10% off for a “Deep Freeze” sale if we spent at least 1400. Overall, I highly recommend this business if you want to see and test a variety of furniture.
It took a few weeks for it to get here, but we love our new power reclining loveseat! Delivery was timely, professional, and thorough.
