On a very snowy weekend my boyfriend and I made a visit to Becket. The roads were so bad that we didn’t want to go very far but wanted to watch the Patriots game. Papa Bob’s was the closest bar/restaurant to us so we decided to give it a chance. The second we walked in we were greeted by Frank, Tami, and Bob. Throughout the course of the game we were lucky enough to talk to them more and we both really had a great night. They were so kind and accommodating - not to mention their food was delicious (AND Tami air fries all of her food - love it). The next day, when my boyfriend and I were on our way out of Becket, we realized his car died. Since the roads were so bad in that area, AAA couldn’t make it to us for at least four hours. We called Papa Bobs restaurant and within ten minutes, Frank drove over to jump our car. I’m sure our dead battery experience was unique: however, I am confident that the way they treat their customers is not. Thank you Tami, Bob, and Frank for making us at home. We will certainly be back this summer to see what the outside of the bar is all about!

Very friendly waitress and accommodating. Received or meals fast, everything was hot and very good. Plan to go back for the prime rib. Highly recommend

So... We’ve had a place in Becket for a couple years now and have always teased each other about stopping in Papa Bob’s but never did so until last week. Looks like not much from the outside but inside, they have an excellent bar and a terrific performance space. After the Pandemic, we’ll be back to see live music. During though, you come for the food and the back deck. the burger, as others have said, is really good, the rest of our food was just ok. And! Let me give a shout out to our waitress. She was FANTASTIC!!! Holding down the place on her own and making everyone seem like family. She was awesome and much of the reason we will be back again. Thanks for the great service!!
