Beau is absolutely terrific. I used to be a commercial real estate broker, however I have no experience in residential, so I hired Beau. As someone knowledgeable in the real estate field, I can say with full confidence that he does everything that makes a realtor so valuable to a client, & then he goes above & beyond. He brought things to my attention that I would’ve never realized, he found options that were off market, and now, even though I’m already moved in, he’s still only a text a way whenever I have a question about my lease.
