Becky has helped me so much with my anxiety. I had increasing issues with easily being startled by loud sounds before seeing Becky. This did not work for me. We did a test session and I explained I could not relax due to the distraction of noises in the business next to us and stated that should not matter, but it does. I have tried the recorded session at home and I hear interface in the recording along with the cackling of people in office next door.
