SAVE THE TURTLES

Some absolutely amazing staff who supported me and saved my life but there were some really rude and ignorant staff.

A beautiful place, my first thought of it and then I asked myself, how can you call a hospital, a beautiful place? I was really happy with the place, interiors, structures, neatness, friendly staff and everything..... I didn't go for medical reasons so don't know about that, but it really looks like a healing place

Didn’t listen to my complaints about the diagnosis given when I believed it was wrong. Unsafe and they don’t care about the fact. Some staff are extremely intimidating, getting in my face when I was upset. Staff threw my personal belongings away and gave no reason as to why they did it. A staff member also confiscated an item and carelessly didn’t put a name on the item when taken away meaning my personal item was used by staff and by the time I got it back on discharge it was empty.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could I stayed there for a week and a the head doctor sent me to a stage four physiatric intensive care unit (PICU) without even telling my mum until half an hour after I left and I was sent to Manchester cygnet hospital god knows how far away when there was 3 free beds in a exact hospital only miles away and same level of security not to mention what they was doing the took a kid in his room forcefully and shoved a feeding tube down his throat only ten minutes after him sucking it out you could hear him screaming from 1 end of the corridor to the other it made me feel powerless to what they might want to do to me at the time if you are here try to get a transfer out and btw I was in emerald ward
