Went in today for staircase and landing carpet. Very impressed with the service provided by John. Simple, easy transaction, was out within 20 minutes, just asked for what I wanted, no pressure selling or trying to upsell on things I dont need. If you want to buy carpet in Bedford, THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME, forget those so called big companies.

The service I received from A & A Carpets was exceptional. They supplied all the flooring for my house and it was all managed perfectly. John was very helpful and he managed to source carpets and hard flooring to my specific needs. They were excellent at communicating with me and the fitters turned up on time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you use this local company and not bother with the chain stores who have no customer care whatsoever. I have ended up with beautiful carpets and flooring in my home and the whole experience from start to finish was completely stress free. Well done A & A Carpets I would certainly use you again.
