The entire experience was outstanding. Mike met with my wife and I to describe the ADT system and to explain our options. Within 2 days the system was installed very efficiently by Skyler. The system has worked beautifully just as presented. We have appreciated both the personal and professional manner in which ADT has provided us with needed home security. It has been a very pleasant experience.
Sales team answered all my questions and made suggestions of things to consider for my system. Installer was polite, professional and completed the install quickly. He trained me on the system operations and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend this company.
