If their customer service is anything like their public relations, I wouldn't give them business and go look for a different company for your needs. A simple mistake and an employee went into verbal attack mode. Even after I had apologized for the mistake and was trying to rectify it, they kept at me (Side note, try creating a big sign in colored letters that reads 'No Uhaul Parking' with an arrow pointing at your parking lot. Would see it better than a wall of text while you are looking for a parking space). Like I said, if their public relations is this bad and far off the mark, I wouldn't trust their customer service.
