Gary and his team made a fantastic job of replacing our paving and laying our artificial turf - we are so pleased with the results and our garden looks so much better than we expected! From start to finish Gary and his team kept us updated with what was happening. They are extremely hard working,polite, turn up on time and they are very tidy. I had my whole garden landscaped, the quote was very competitive. The work was done really quickly and to a very high standard. The team were very considerate of ourselves and the neighbors as we were working from home throughout the time they were here. I was really pleased with the final result and have been able to play in the garden with the kids already.
Gary and team provided not only design consultation but also recommendations as to how our ideas for the installation of a large paved patio might be improved. Attention to detail was obvious.They were entirely reliable, friendly, tidy and hard-working and most importantly, clear about the costs involved. Nothing was left to chance. The end result is wonderful and exceeded our expectations but within budget. Difficult to see how BT&L could be improved. We're getting them back to do more work in Spring!
