Worst insurance agents! They didn't send my money to insurance company I was with and got my insurance canceled on me which gave me a bad mark. I still payed fees for cancelation now they are trying to put me in to collections for there mistake.
The absolute worst service I’ve ever had with insurance brokers. I was with them and Agile for 1 month and when I cancelled, it took over 3 months to get my balance returned. Over that entire time I never received any proof of full payment or coverage. Numerous phone calls and emails only ended with apologies and lame excuses. I would hate to think of what kind of runaround I would have got if I made a claim. Good riddens.
After 40 years or so with MCT and their predecessors, I have switched brokers due to absolutely abismal customer service. In a nut shell, after 5 non- returned voice mails (once you navigate the insane voice mail system), 2 unanswered emails, one unfilled promise of "someone will get back to you today", and an email suggesting how to respond to a possible online survey, I have changed brokers. I value businesses Ty by at have a great product and back the product with great customer service. MCt has failed on both. I would have given a lower rating, but 1 is as low as you can go. If you want a brokerage that never responds, provides misinformation, then MCT is for you. I would never recommend this company to anyone. A longer review is on MCT's Facebook page.
Had downgraded my policy on one of my vehicles from full coverage to fire and theft. When I had went to put full coverage back on the vehicle, I was told they wouldn't do it because I had altered the stock frame (I have a suspension lift which is not a frame alteration and was already there when I had begun my policy with them). It took 2 days, which I ended up contacting the insurance company myself, who had never had an issue with the modifications in the first place, to finally get coverage back on my vehicle, while MCT was still emailing me telling me it wasn't possible. I strongly recommend going with another, better company
Super convenient, you don't meet anyone, they take your money. There is very little tattooing of dead trees, mostly digital stuff.
I canceled my policy well over a month ago, yet have not received any money. I had been i contact with one of their agents until 2 weeks ago, but she has since stopped relpying to my inquiries about the refund. Any help would be appreciated.
