I booked flights for 7 passengers including 2 young children and a vulnerable adult. I was called the afternoon before the flight (flight being at 5am the next morning) and told the agent this guy used to book our tickets had disappeared! I had booked excursions internal flights and hotel on the other side (thankfully with a different agent) and therefore had to quickly find and buy new tickets at last minute extortionate prices that matched our previous ones. On returning I have been told by the guy that this has happened before and the guy is thousands of pound in debt. I wish I had read these reviews before booking. Please do yourself a favour and dont get conned by this man.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY- please do not hand your money over to this 'travel agent'. They will steal it and let you believe that you have a flight booked. Then, when you are all packed and ready to go to the airport, you get a text from the owner to say there is a 'problem'. Absolutely stole nearly 3000. Please please please do not use this agent. We need to get this place shut down asap!! It is located on Bromham road I do not believe it is ABTA protected so beware.
Absolute fraud! They steal your money, they cancel your flights and replace them with cheaper ones but they still charge you full price. It is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!
