I've been using formula one for a few years now. And I cant fault the services one bit. I always recommend friends and family members to use them. They are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable guys. Always greeted with a smile.

Dishonest and incapable. I took my car there for the MOT and the service. They failed, of course, to inform me that the deadline for the MOT had been extended by the Government, exposing me pointlessly to the risk of getting infected by COVID19. Not surprisingly the MOT failed and I had also to pay for all the repairs and this was not cheap at all. Furthermore I went to use the car again the day after and the screen of my dashboard was giving this message \Particulate filter is full. See owner's manual\ (see picture attached). This garage is literally a joke. Must have not noticed the hidden cameras perhaps. Strongly suggested to stay away if you care about your car.

I do not recommend!!! I paid quite little for the mot, but for tracking Extremely a lot. At this price, may have been improved, but the steering wheel has changed its position. When driving straight the steering wheel has turned 10 degrees. I returned three times and asked them to correct them, unfortunately after the fourth time I had no time to correct them and I was pained to leave this place.

My wife took the vehicle in to have a tyre changed. She was there over 2 hours while they had their breaks and joked around. I subsequently took the vehicle out the next day and whilst on the motorway the vehicle was making a terrible knocking noise. I called the AA and they found that wheel nuts had not been tightened and only 2 nuts were left on the wheels as the others had come off and the wheels was about to drop off. I had to purchase a full set of locking wheel nuts and another full set of normal nuts. The depot manager apologised and refunded us the cost of the wheel nuts. Although a trainee was blamed for the error it just shows that they have poor training procedures. Be cautious.
