We bought a ceiling fan in January. (I’m an online shopper so I looked in advance at their site.) I called gave her the room measurements, within hours they submitted several options on email to help me make a decision. We got a perfect fan for our large vaulted ceiling, family room Delivery was pretty quick we picked it up at the store and had our electrician install it. The level of personal attention that you get from Chris and Drew Nichols at Bedford Lighting is what we’d all love to see at any retailer . They take the time to listen to what you need and to match it up with selections that fit your purpose . We have an older home and the sconces in one room needed to be replaced , but we wanted quality fixtures that were stylistically representative of the old ones . Chris developed a list of suggestions using their extensive on-line catalogue . She offered advice on pros and cons of each and we made a selection . Drew also installed switches on each fixture so that they could be turned on and off independently . The sconces are perfect for the room , and we could not be happier with the service and the quality of the product . The price was great too. Don’t go to a generic hardware or building supply store for lighting . Go to people who know what they’re doing and care about their customers . Bedford Lighting .

Bedford Lighting is a great store to buy lighting. Chris is extremely helpful and very good at pinpointing what you need. So knowledgeable about all aspects of lighting. Very accommodating as well if you need to add items to your order, and they are super quick to send tracking information. Highly recommend.

Recently had a pair of matching antique lamps that were my grandmother's repaired and then dropped off another lamp to have the switch fixed. The quality of work was excellent as was the customer service. I also felt safe and comfortable going into the store. Nice to have found a store for all of my lighting needs. Highly recommend.
