Oh I've been left astounded at just how spot on this service and staff were. I've spent hundreds locating severe issues with pain in my teeth and one day I pop into this place I the off chance on a Sunday and \bam!\ the dentist knew knew was wrong right away. He knew the best thing for me and chose to do a very difficult procedure for just the emergency price of 20 something! I left within an hour feeling prefect with the issue resolved. Can't recommend it enough. Mind blown how great he was, very friendly too.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. We have rung several mornings to get an appointment and used to get through within an hour after lines opening up. No appointments used to be left by then of course. So eventually we have got to speak to someone who was kind enough to arrange a call back from the doctor. So the doctor rung the day after, we have explained that for weeks we have been in pain and on painkillers, tooth bleeds, gets swollen, sensitive to any contact. We have been advised that there is nothing they can do about it. Great, thanks for offering more painkillers

Asked for a refund on the deposit I paid after treatment was cancelled due to covid. It took 6 weeks for anyone to even acknowledge my request after 7 phone calls requesting it. Was told no one but the manager could do refunds and the manager wasn’t in. In 6 weeks? It took an email to the regional manager for someone to acknowledge the request. Still didn’t receive the refund. Had to go there in person at the height of the pandemic to ensure they did it. They asked me to shout my bank details through the door from the street despite letting others in and promised I’d have it by the end of the day. 2 weeks later, after a threat of debt collectors and repeated phone calls did they finally process the refund. Appalling service all round. Would never deal with these incompetent people again as the problem clearly comes from the higher ups.

Well I don't share the views as the majority do on here. I had to book an emergency appointment, they got me booked in within a couple of days. The receptionist, dental nurse and dentist could not have been more polite, kind and reassuring. The only thing I would have negative to say is they can't take me on as an NHS patient yet.

Highly not recommended. The worst dental service ever. i had 2 kind of an emergency situation, at first they called me back and didn't give an appoinment, i had to go to the hospital eventually, the second time they not even called me back. If you dont care about your patient health, i will give my money to an other practice next year.
