Team is incredibly helpful and has done great work on our car. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Great alternative to the Halifax BMW dealership who could not diagnose our vehicle's issue correctly. The service at ISI is significantly better and reasonably priced in comparison.

I don't even know where to start! I have never been treated so bad by a mechanic shop!!! horrible communication skills and lie after lie! They take on way too many vehicles then they can handle! Customer BEWARE if you don't plan on having your vehicle within the month then I would stay clear of this business!!!
Steve and Phil are the best in the business. I will only take my BMW here. Awesome service and their knowledge of BMW's is off the charts. Take your European car here. You will not be disappointed.
Staff are very friendly and modest but very knowledgable about my BMW. Staff are honest about my car's repair and maintenance. Hourly rate is very reasonable.
