Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and it easy and accessible. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the staff here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms in the city and this place is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. It’s so clean, has all the best equipment, great staff and trainers. I love it here!!! Only thing I would change is to add another smith machine ️
This gym is innovative, and not your average big box gym. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm on a new journey in my workout career and they are helping me dial it in for maximum results. Love it.
o2 has to be one of the best gyms I've ever been to since I've started working out. Equipment is fantastic they have everything you need. Their hours are the biggest thing for me though. Being open from 5am-12am is huge for someone who works 12h shifts.
This gym is amazing for parents who need to bring their children to workout. Childcare is free and there’s lots of available time slots (mornings, evenings, weekends) they also ha e top notch workout equipment, clothing for sale, smoothie waffle bar, espresso, pre made meals, it doesn’t get easier to workout and eat healthy. The owners are super nice and understanding. Shoutout to Rory for being super friendly at the front desk!!! Highly recommend to all
