I have been visiting Lauren for 2 years now and can honestly say she is truly gifted and amazing at what she does! When I first saw Lauren she helped me greatly on my path of healing. She has continued to support me as I have grown and transformed within time. I see Lauren for massages, reiki, and even completed 3 levels of reiki certifications with her. She well versed in pregnancies and makes sure you are comfortable while providing an amazing relaxing experience without any worry during prenatal massages as well! On top of Lauren’s skills, she provides a space is so tranquil and relaxing that makes me feel at peace every time I visit. She always makes sure her space is spotless and cleaned to highest of standards. I am so blessed to have met a wonderful person, LMT, and RMT who truly cares about the people who visit her

Lauren is amazing. Her massages and reiki keep me grounded and rejuvenate me. Her techniques are phenomenal. The atmosphere is always calming and welcoming.

I got a referral from a friend because he said she would help alleviate some pain. She helped so much that first visit I go twice a month now. I really enjoy that she can work out the tough spots with a deep tissue/sports massage or I can relax with a softer type of massage/stretch session. I've also had reiki done and that was fantastic.
