Great shop and service but their staff need to be consistent: my appointment was cancelled on the spot by one optician because I forgot my contacts (they could have given me a spare pair) and when I rebooked, the (different) optician didn't even need my contacts to change the prescription even though I brough them so I waited another 2 weeks for nothing? Be consistent please and problem solve rather than cancelling appointments needlessly.

After my sight test, I decided to buy prescription sunglasses. Glasses were ready for the day they were due, and Ildi provided an excellent customer service too. Thank you for her, thank you for Specsavers!

I want to say just how helpful Specsavers Bedford have been in dealing with a contact lens delivery which went astray. Roxy was brilliant, got a pair of lenses and bottle of solution out in the post for me. She got me in for an eye test and contact lens check really quickly and left notes explaining the situation. Rasheena Paul was a fantastic optometrist, both friendly and thorough despite working under different circumstances with Covid. All the staff with attentive and helpful even though clearly busy. Would thoroughly recommend the team at Bedford Specsavers. Katie from Bedford

Had to get my glasses repaired so took to specsavers, the staff were very friendly and helpful and repaired my glasses no problem, definitely would recommend specsavers

The new staff are incredibly Rude and Sarcastic, including the manager! They have no appreciation of good customer service and are extremely Condescending.
