My experience with Reiki: I have had a good experience with Reiki as it has helped me relax. During Reiki I feel like my energy is being spread evenly throughout my body and I feel peaceful. I have also felt like my hair has moved slightly due to the change in energy so that it is evenly distributed throughout my body. After I did the Reiki I slept for 16 hours as it made me fatigued. This also allowed my body enough time for it to recover after a heavy session of Reiki as it was my first time and my body was misaligned. Overall I thought Reiki was a strange but helpful experience as I felt amazing afterwards. I felt like I had plenty more energy after doing it and I would recommend it to anyone.
