Found Elliott’s services online and was very happy and impressed by good communication, great value and quick turnabout. We delivered and collected our VHS tapes in person as they were precious and didn’t want to risk posting them . Elliott was helpful and responded to messages promptly. Highly recommend.

Elliott communicated with me at all times as to when the tapes could be dropped off and picked up again ... Everything was done in a timely manner , to the best possible quality! It is a basic service but it was done well.

During the early lockdown of the current pandemic, I was glad to have time to devote to dealing a lot of different projects. I found our old camcorder but no way of viewing what was on them, other than on the camcorder itself. I found this company while googling for local businesses so I could deliver and collect myself. Elliott McCarthy was very polite and courteous and we discussed prices and work to be done. I dropped the camcorder tapes off at his house with a USB. Picked them up a couple of weeks later and viewed the footage on the USB. I had no idea we had taken so much footage of our one and only son when he was little (he's now 26!) and I got quite emotional looking at all the tapes and so much easier to view the footage on my laptop. If we ever get a TV which takes a USB then we'll be able to view the footage on our TV too. So another box came out of the wardrobe full of VHS tapes. I knew what was on these and was able to give some away to friends who still have VHS players (we don't) and many of them I already put on DVD but didn't need anymore. Out of the few left, I needed just small pieces extracted onto USB. I was able to give Elliot information to help him find these sections and he completed all the work for me. I was a dancer in a former career and this was footage of my performances I wanted to preserve. One of the transfers didn't quite work properly, but Elliot was happy to take it back and do it again and it was successful the second time. I'm extremely pleased with Elliot's excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend his business for this type of work.
