Please can u put the soya burger back on your menu. I havent been out recently bcoz of COVID, as I'm high risk, but u had already changed it to a bean burger before COVID struck.

What can you say about the worst restaurant in SA. The service? What services? Ordered coffee never received it after 55min. The burger tasteless cold an the bun was at least 3 days old. The meat was cooked in a steamer or something was not on the grill and it had no basting no salt nothing the worst burger in SA. Do your self a favor and don’t go there.

What a wonderful experience at this Spur. Came in not knowing what to expect, quite irritable as this place was roudy with noise until we were served by Precious who turned everything around! From all the Spur branches I've been to, I've never had such amazing service from a waitron before. Precious should be employee of the month! The lower rating only because this place is really noisy. I think the music should be played a little softer when extremely busy so that people don't have to scream and talk over the music. I'll be visiting this branch again soon during quieter hours though! Thumbs up here. Well done Precious Ngwenya

The food was over cooked we couldn’t even eat it finished. Waitress just wanted to get rid of us and ignored our constant request to check the points on the spur card. Left there feeling completely disappointed. Will never be back.

Not the best experience. Our food was terrible, and waiter had an ‘attitude’ that left such a bad taste we decided no more spur!!

Below par-ordered full potion Buffalo wings-they were cold and barely acceptable. Onion rings were oily and undercooked, as were the chips, flowery and not fully done-tasteless and underwhelming. Wife’s chicken strips were ok. Waiter was fine, manager checked in briefly before we really got started and then disappeared. Other staff were watching videos on the cellphones and doing some sort of cash deals(pics). The whole thing seemed rushed, even though wasn’t that busy. Waiter the enquired about a cash tip-really poor class.
