My wife and are fans of The Fresh Fish market but I had never gone to their bathrooms. Today I did and it was really bad. It smelt like a zoo and was pretty gross. Unfortunately this concerns me and will lead to us avoiding this store.

My wife went to get chicken at the meat section this morning around 10:45. There was a female rep who was very rude and kept shouting at her. She did not hear her correctly what She ordered and kept blaming her. How can someone treat a customer like that for no reason. My wife asked about her name to other reps and they asked her to forgive and forget the incident. She wanted to speak to the manager but no was calling the manager. This reflects poorly on this locations culture and I feel my wife was treated like this because of her skin color. Unless someone takes action on this, the place and culture of this location will deteriorate further.

Ordered a sandwich platter today which my wife went to pick up. They dropped the sandwiches on the floor and tried to put them back in the container before giving them to her. Luckily she noticed and ask them to make her new sandwiches. Who even has to ask that? Then not even an apology. What rude people. Makes you wonder how much other food has fallen on the floor before being sold. Just to clarify. The store manager instructed the deli to make new sandwiches. The deli then was just taking the broken sandwiches they knew had fallen on the floor and trying to make them more presentable (so they didn’t have to make all new ones). They tried to trick her and luckily we saw

An interesting store that couldn't decide its identity. It gives you a great selection of prepared foods, bakery and fruit section. On the other hand it has a big candy section right in the middle. As some have said the cashiers aren't the friendliest and it's hard to see which lanes are open due to the layout. They were trying to be creative but it comes off as annoying. Other staff is pretty friendly. Store does have a cool old world look and is a tremendous improvement on the original supermarket that was there some years back. They sell several brands of ice teas and root beers. I They never seem busy. I hope they stay in business.
