We ordered my sons birthday cake from here was really excited as he was 16 i went in showed them what i wanted and they said they could do it they had nearly 2 weeks to make it when i went to pick it up the day before his birthday i was so upset the bottom of the cake was meant to look like a tyre it looked plain black there was meant to be dirt on the top for his bike but they had not done that let alone put the bike on they took it out the back came back it looked like poo on the top of his cake and they still could not make the tyre so they took 10 off i cried on the way home i had to spend money to make it look better and the actual cake was disgusting no one ate it the cake went in the bin total waste of money

Had these cakes for over 30 yrs, always happy with them however this Christmas I didn’t get the cake I ordered and even though they agreed to exchange it they still didn’t replace it to fit my order, very disappointed this Christmas !

I have purchased cakes from here for years. It's going down hill unfortunately. On this occasion, the cakes look nice, but the chocolate sponge was not nice. Hopefully better next time, I will update the rating accordingly.
