We had a problem with our oven today (Christmas Eve) and I spoke to Lydia over the phone who was extremely helpful at organising someone to come out and look at it even though the workman was working an hour away from us. It turned out to be the element in our oven that had gone which happens now and again with any oven and it was just our luck it went on Christmas Eve. I wanted to put this review because I was so thankful for Lydia organising everything especially with it being Christmas Eve and with the coronavirus restrictions they were limited to the amount of workmen. I don’t normally post reviews but I had too because with other estate agents I have had in the past they would have not solved the problem as quickly as Beebys did. I would definitely recommend this estate agent to other people and cannot thank them enough for being so quick to respond to the issue and solving it.
