While the employees we have interacted with have been pleasant and tried to be helpful, our six month experience with the company has been very disappointing. We have been paying for top tier internet and TV service, but that service has been slow and spotty. Internet speeds are about 15% of what we are paying for, and TV channels lose audio regularly or drop out completely, sometimes for days at a time. When we called to express our concern, the company had us try to trouble shoot on our own for 45 minutes and then suggested having a tech savvy friend or family member some over to help instead of stepping up and earning the money we are paying them. A technician is supposed to be coming to check on things after Christmas, and we hope that things will get straitened out. If not, we will be chalking up the cost of six months service to the price of experience and switching to another provider.

I am very disappointed in beehive customer service and professionalism. I have been waiting for Beehive Broadband to install my internet for 2 months now, it has almost taken the same amount of time to get the internet installed as it was to build my house with GTM which took 3 months. Not only has it taken forever to get the internet installed but they also don’t follow any kind of installation order. My neighbors got their internet installed before me and they ordered their internet about a month after me which they went with Beehive because I told them about Beehive. I called Beehive to complain and they told me that I missed their call so they called them next, I checked my phone and between the time they called me and the time I called them back it was a total time of 4 minutes. So to “make it right” Beehive said they would give me the first month for free, even though my neighbors said I already got the first month for free for recommending them. I wish another company had been available so I could have gone with them. If you are shopping for the internet don’t go with Beehive Broadband, go with Xfinity. They can have you internet to you the next week.

I've been with beehive for about a year. We initially signed up for internet and television. The tv ended up being a poorly designed app to run on a apple tv. We quickly dropped that service...or so we thought. Despite numerous requests and promises that they have performed the change it has never happened. On top of that I have kept getting these MASSIVE bills and the justification from them has always been confusing. It's a small company so I talk to the same people every time and they are always rude and don't seem to follow up on what they say they are going to do. Last night I sat down and added up everything I have paid and am currently being billed for. It came out to 284 a month. The internet should have been 55 and even with the TV it should never have been more then 130. Needless to say, I would avoid this company. Edit: After I posted this review I got a call from beehive and the lady was again rude and combative. I'm so over them. I have nothing positive to say about this company.

I was a little upset that they didn’t call me back within reason but when I called them 2 hours later I had Becky helping me and she was very thorough and took her time making sure that she answered all of my questions. This was a new side of Beehive broadband that I have never encountered before.

When your connection works it's pretty great, sometimes I'll actually get 800 Mbps speed. But I find that it's a constant degradation. I call up support and eventually get things resolved and see 800 showing up on my speed tests. Then usually a week or two later I see my speeds down in the 200's....which is still plenty for my household to manage all we do but I'm paying for the Gig speeds. Then after a few days in the 200's it will drop down to under 10 and I'm back on the phone with support. Support tries very hard to be helpful but it's usually the same story....."We'll work on it" "seems like it might be a router problem" (I'm hardwired in on 3 devices and the speed is the same) I absolutely hate paying the prices for xfinity but I'm getting ready to go back because I'm tired of this. I've had this service for less than a year and I've already been on the phone with support for this same issue 3-4 times. Once, I understand. Twice, that's unfortunate but within the realm of reality. Once a quarter????? That's a bad setup.

One of the worst internet providers around. Customer service can be great, but problem solving isn’t. It’s the same answers and temporary fixes, I pay over 200.00 a month and can’t watch two tv’s in my home at the same time... I’m over it.

Let me start by saying I am a professional network engineer that works for an ISP in California that delivers fiber to the home service with Calix equipment, just like Beehive. In the last month, their service has gone severely downhill. After complaining for several day and providing extensive proof, their engineers gave me an IP address on another subnet. This helped for some websites. Since 12/20/21 or so, we have been experiencing extreme service degradation with all streaming services. In my opinion, this indicates that Beehive is not increasing their internet bandwidth as they increase subscribers. I am sure this is due to management, not engineering. If they cannot resolve this, I will leave the service.
